GENERAL
Extra person charges (3rd and 4th person) are $45 plus taxes per night. Rollaway beds are available for $45 + tax per night. Rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with double beds.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 72 hours (3 day) prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room and tax. For arrivals during the Holiday season (12/24 - 1/2), any modified or cancelled reservations within 30 days of arrival date will be charged the FULL STAY of the original reservation. The cancellation charge is non-refundable, and non transferable. All charges will be processed and confirmed in USD.
For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping anywhere on our property or in our guestrooms, including on room balconies. Each of our guestrooms is equipped with a Rest Smoke Sensor designed to detect smoking and/or vaping events. A Smoking Elimination Fee of $500 will be automatically be assessed for each confirmed event.
